Our systems include a "Territory Availability" checking feature, designed to evaluate and grant geographic market exclusivity for our frameworks to qualifying contractors. Submitting an application or check does not guarantee territory approval or reservation.

2. Eligibility and Account Vetting

To apply for a market territory or utilize our marketing frameworks, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You are an authorized representative of a legally operating business entity in the decorative concrete or contracting trade.
All information you submit (including name, organization, phone number, and location) is accurate, current, and true.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny service, reject territory applications, or terminate access to our infrastructure for any reason, including market saturation, conflict of interest, or submission of fraudulent data.

3. Communications and SMS Consent

By providing your phone number to DecoCrete Digital via our web forms or pop-ups, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing, operational, and transactional text messages (including territory alerts and vetting updates) from DecoCrete Digital at the number provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. Territory Exclusivity Disclaimers

While DecoCrete Digital offers competitive territory exclusivity packages (such as our Market Takeover Framework), a territory is only legally reserved and locked once an official service agreement is executed and the initial deployment deposit is cleared. Casual form submissions or automated availability checks do not hold, reserve, or lock a geographic territory.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DecoCrete Digital, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from your access to or inability to access our digital platforms or services.

Our digital asset verification systems are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of our Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DecoCrete Digital operates its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
